Please please don`t expect it to be absolutely perfect and mint when you come along though, the car is 11 years old and does have some imperfections. It`s has a few small scratches dotted about, a really small dink in the drivers door, another tiny one on the bonnet and a couple of other small marks on the paint . But again look at the photos, this is a really smart car and looks great parked outside the house.It`s showing a recorded mileage of 119,000 which looks perfectly genuine to me given the condition and it`s backed up with a good Service History - 8 Stamps in the service book, last done this week by ourselves. There is a documented Cam Belt change at 72,000 in the service book and then another receipt for a full cambelt kit and water pump fitted at 109,000 at a cost of £220 so all sorted in that department. The car starts first time every time and the drive is inspired - these Alfas handle like no other FWD saloon, they are like a big go cart - excellent brakes, steering and suspension. The clutch is light and bites well, the gears change easily and smoothly. The engine provides lusty performance and very decent fuel economy - I`ve been getting well over 30 mpg. The car has the OE Fit remote locking / alarm / immobiliser system fitted which works perfectly. The car has the desirable 16 inch Teledial Alloy wheels.Inside it`s also in great order, the black leather is just gorgeous, the seats and carpets are showing virually no signs of wear - just a tiny bit on the drivers seat bolster. It`s clean and fresh having just been valeted by ourselves. It`s fitted with the original Sony face off CD Player which sounds terrific and works perfectly. seats which are in great condition and the V6 engine sounds amazing and the car handles great. It has been sorn this month as i havent used it for 3/4 months due to a company car. So spent most of it`s life in garage only coming out now and again. The car needs to be seen to appreciated. Interior is spotless and the exterior has survived well with only a few marks and scratches for it`s year. years. This car is being sold for no other reason than my work commute mileage has increased substantially and I cannot justify the extra fuel expense; already feeling like I have cut off a limb!! It was obvious from the mountain of receipts that the car had wanted for nothing and since owning I have had the belts and tensioners replaced (at 98K) despite these having already been replaced at 62K. I just wanted to feel extra safe and so you should not have to worry about this aspect for another 40K. Thats the boring yet important stuff; now let me tell you more about the spec :) Exterior This car comes with a very new Powerflow "cat back" medium sports exhaust with twin exits; I have also removed the lower catalytic converter; the upper cats remain (the car recently passed emissions with zero percent variance on the manufacturers quoted figures) In other words the engine is running very well! The car emits a low burble on start up and remains fairly quiet during normal driving; making the car seem very civilised on the motorway or around town. Hit a country road or bury your foot and this changes to a beautiful Itallian V6 roar. I have removed the baffle chambers from the Induction system which has further enhanced the experience; there is also an aftermarket air filter in place which compliments the sound. I understand that this is a personal choice and have retained all the original components should you wish to reset this aspect?? The car has 16" Teardrop alloys (could do with a refurb) all tyres have 4-5MM left. The bodywork is in above average condition with a few small dents and stone schips in the usual places; no rust. I have used a waterless wash and wax cleaner since owning; which preserves the paintwork, giving it a showroom shine. Interior There is a lovely Momo red leather interior in good condition; the seats are Electically powered; quire rare for this model! The carpets/mats are in good nick and I have inserted white dials in to the main and ancilliary instrument arrays; these glow ice blue at night and can be changed to green, also having the benefit of a dimmer switch. Again, I know this is a personal choice and so these can be removed very easily, reverting the display back to its original specification. The lusso spec inclused air conditioning, Climate control, electric windows, Electric heated door mirrors etc. I have fitted an aftermarket JVC stereo with a remote control and touch screen; this can be altered to match any color setting to blend in with the car. Engine The engine is clean and runs very well; no smoke or problems, it pulls from low revs and pickup is instant and linear making the car a joy to drive. The dual mass flywheel and clutch were replaced at 54K; I replaced all brake disks and pads within the last 6K. The car had a new radiator at 68K. The receipts show that much of the suspension has been replaced over the years and I have replaced the rear shock absorbers. There are receipts for other work such as oil cooler and pipes etc; too much to list. Summary This car has been a joy to own and drive and will not let you down; I have put 20K on it and it has not missed a beat. It is a nice example and represents good value for money. I invite any inspection although please note that a test drive will not be allowed unless you have arranged fully comprehensive insurance as my insurance has been transferred to my new vehicle. throughout with clean bodywork with just the odd minior blemish and very good leather interior.Thre car drives superb and has just had 2 new CV joints fitted and has a lovely sounding stainless exhaust fitted.The car has 12 months MOT .Sadly the car is a cat C insurance claim but only had a very minor bump with a new bumper and radiator fitted Photo of damage available.The car has had a VOSA vic check and is clear and ready for the road.The car has also had a cambelt change at 65k miles.The alloy wheels are in very good condition and are fitted with good quality tyres with lots of tread. insurance company sorted out the repairs to my almost new Nissan Juke.
